Information provided in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the ePrivacy Directive, as interpreted by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) in its guidance on the use of cookies.

1. Summary

This website sets no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics cookies. Because we place no cookies that require consent, no cookie banner is shown. This is a deliberate design decision, not an omission.

2. What we actually use

Audience measurement without cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate figures such as page views and referrers. It does not write cookies, does not use localStorage, and does not assign a persistent identifier that would let us follow you across sessions or across other websites. Visits are counted using a hash derived from request data that changes daily, so the same visitor is not linkable from one day to the next.

Strictly necessary technical operation. Our hosting and content delivery layer may use short-lived technical mechanisms required to route requests, balance load and protect the site against abuse. Under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE these are exempt from the consent requirement because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested.

Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to an external font provider.

3. What we do not do

For the avoidance of doubt, this website does not:

  • set advertising, retargeting or social media cookies;
  • build behavioural profiles or infer interests from your browsing;
  • embed third-party tracking pixels, social widgets or session-recording tools;
  • share analytics data with advertising networks or data brokers.

4. Your choices

Because no consent-requiring cookies are set, there is nothing to accept or reject. You can still block or delete storage for this site through your browser settings at any time, and the site will continue to work normally.

Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” or equivalent privacy signal. As we perform no cross-site tracking, our behaviour is already equivalent to the strictest setting.

5. Changes

If we later introduce any technology that requires consent, we will update this policy and implement a compliant consent mechanism, with granular options and a genuine reject choice, before that technology is activated.
